This single-jointed loose ring snaffle features solid stainless steel rings and a sweet iron mouthpiece (blue). The sweet iron coating on the mouthpiece stimulates salivation. When this material reacts with moisture, heat, and air in an oxidation process, the surface rust has a sweet taste. This encourages the horse to accept the bit. Eventually, the blue color disappears, but the taste of the surface rust remains.

The anatomical design conforms to the horse's mouth, creating a gentle and even pressure distribution. The Magic System bit combines the flexibility of a jointed bit with the high level of control offered by a straight mouthpiece. The exclusive patented design prevents the bit from folding completely, thereby avoiding the risk of injury to the tongue and palate. A single-jointed bit works on one pivot point. It acts on the tongue, bars, corners of the mouth, and sometimes the horse's palate. When the reins are used, the bit forms a V-shape. As this mouthpiece has only one articulation point, the tongue is freer than with, for example, a double-jointed mouthpiece.
