The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the merchandise at the time of delivery by the carrier or postal services and, in case of damage or missing items, for noting reservations on the carrier's delivery slip or postal acknowledgment and confirming within 48 hours by registered letter to fouilhoux-fontainebleau.fr. Claims not made in writing within 3 business days following the delivery date will be considered late and cannot be taken into consideration.
Only defective merchandise returned to us in its original condition, unused, and after verification and acceptance by us in our stores, will be accounted for replacement. Any used product will not be refunded.
