Are you afraid the bit you chose isn't suitable? Don't panic, we're here to help.
When you purchase your bit, you have 7 days after receiving your package to try it out. If the bit is not suitable, we will refund you so you can exchange it.
To do this, simply contact us so we can process your return and also redirect you.
You send us back the bit. We will refund you the amount paid for the bit (excluding shipping costs) so you can order another mouthpiece.
For technical reasons, our offer is only valid for metal bits (stainless steel, solid copper, Cyprium, titanium, and Sweet Iron) and carbon bits. For bits made of resin, leather, hollow copper, and rubber, it is more difficult to accept returns because these materials are "chewable" and can show teeth marks. Therefore, we can only handle these on a case-by-case basis.
We refund the full product price (excluding shipping costs).
You are responsible for the shipping and return shipping costs.
For us to process a refund, there are a few conditions to meet:
• The bit must be returned clean, in excellent condition, in its original packaging. Remember to keep the packaging during your trial period.
• You must contact us within 7 days of the trial and return the bit within 3 days of our refund approval.
• The bit must be returned in excellent condition.
• The package must be sent to the following address:

We only issue refunds upon receipt of the product, so it is advisable to use tracked shipping to avoid any loss.
You will be reimbursed via the payment method used, either directly to your bank account or to your Paypal account.
