To be used with the Easy Ride mouthpiece: choose your cheekpiece, choose your mouthpiece, and create the ideal bit for you and your horse. Using a key provided with the purchase of an I-Bride bit, change the mouthpiece or cheekpieces in seconds. Also consider adding a curb chain.

    The curb bit, unlike the pelham, only has a lowering effect. It is used with a special pair of reins to adjust the lowering request and a thinner bridoon bit for the lifting effect and directional control.
    Please note, you cannot use two I-bride bits for your bridle. Only the I-bride curb bit will be allowed.

    Horses already advanced in their dressage training.

    The curb bit should be placed 1 cm lower than the snaffle and rest gently on the bars, without touching the corners of the mouth.
    The curb chain should lie flat and be adjusted so that the bit can rotate about 45° before taking effect.
    The curb bit is slightly narrower than the snaffle to prevent pinching.
    The horse should remain relaxed and chewing; otherwise, check the height or the curb chain.
    Finally, the curb reins should be used with finesse, complementing the snaffle, never with constant tension.
